CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Bursaries

The University of Manchester is proud to partner with CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited to offer bursaries for entry in 2025 to eligible UK studying certain courses within the Faculty of Humanities.

Successful applicants will receive an annual bursary of £2,000 or more for all three or four years of their undergraduate study. Applicants must be:

  • studying as a first-year undergraduate;
  • undertaking their first undergraduate degree in the Faculty of Humanities, in subject areas related to business administration and management, data analytics, and real estate - these include but are not limited to Accounting and Finance, Economics, Economics and Data Analytics, Environmental Management, Finance, Law, and Planning and Real Estate;
  • eligible for means-tested financial support (subject to a financial assessment carried out by Student Finance).

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (CLAR) is Singapore’s first and largest listed Business Space and Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). It was listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) in November 2002.
