The Faculty of Humanities at Manchester is one of the largest and most diverse humanities-based faculties in the UK.
We bring together teaching and research across the social sciences, arts, business, education, and environment-related disciplines, with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration and global impact.
We offer an extensive range of subject areas across our four Schools, providing the opportunity to study and research in unique, specialist facilities and libraries.

Undergraduate open days
We offer both virtual and in‑person undergraduate open days, giving you the chance to explore what makes our university unique. On-campus visitors can attend subject talks, hear about student life, and tour the campus.
Virtual open days give you the chance to join live sessions on topics like UCAS and student finance, with opportunities to ask questions.
